2. The form will be forwarded immediately to the Guardian office nearest you.
    

3. You will than be contacted by a recovery agent who will conduct a 
   no-charge consultation. This will generally require some additional information and allow you to have all your questions answered on a personal basis. The agent will evaluate your circumstances and explain the details of proceeding with your case.
    

4. Once the initial paperwork is completed, recovery procedures will begin immediately. Our team will work to have money coming into your household as soon as possible. Your case will be worked on an individual basis and you will be informed as to the disposition on a step by step basis.
